Textileather was a former manufacturer of automotive vinyl products. It is the former polymer products division of GenCorp. It closed the doors of its Toledo Plant in 2009. The plant held an auction to liquidate many of the machines and equipment but then was faced with a vacant 429,000 Square foot empty facility. 

In 2013 MBG was awarded the asbestos abatement and demolition.

Smart Paper

The Former Smart Paper Facility was successfully demolished. During the demolition process, MBG maintained the grounds and secured the site. Obsolete structures were demolished and buildings to be repurposed were preserved.
